Welcome To My Fitness Blog

Hello,

My name is Brian and you guys can follow me to getting fit and muscular. If you stay tuned to my blog you will get my daily scoop of what I do to get into shape. I am going for the 90 day transformation. So you can tell me if I pass or fail. I wont starve myself just normal eating habits and work out sessions.

This is what I will report to you daily:

Daily Eating:
Breakfast
Lunch
Dinner

Exercising Habits:
What I do everyday to get myself into shape.

Daily Pictures:
Pictures of my body in transformation.

I will not be using any supplements. This will all be natural weight loss and I encourage everyone to follow along with me. Thanks everyone and lets loose some weight and look good.
